Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic and herbs. Whisk until well blended, then season with salt and pepper. 2. Cut the tomatoes into 1/2" thick slices. Cut the onion into thin slices or rings. Slice the avocados lengthwise into 1/2" thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Arrange the tomatoes, onion, avocado and cheese on a large platter. Drizzle with dressing.
