CREOLE SEASONING MIX 2 image

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp dried basil
Optional:
1/4 tsp filé powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp crumbled dried rosemary
1/3 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Stored in an airtight jar, this will keep for up to 2 months.
