Creamy Strawberry Sandwiches image

These are very good. I served them at a bridal shower.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package fresh strawberries, hulled
1 loaf sliced white bread
½ cup chopped pecans, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Place cream cheese and strawberries in a food processor; pulse until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture onto half the bread and sprinkle with pecans. Place remaining bread slices on top to create sandwiches.
