I just made this last night off the top of my head and loved it. Try it and let me know what you think. I served it with roast chicken and steamed broccoli.

Steps:
- 1. Saute oil, butter, garlic and onions for 5 minutes. Add orzo and rice and toast them for 5 mins.
- 2. Slowly add in chicken stock. Stir. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add parsley and Parmesan cheese stir and serve.
