- Squeeze 1 to 2 oranges to yield 1/2 cup juice. Combine juice, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 tablespoon sugar in a blender, and add 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into a tall glass, and serve immediately.
