Cadillac Pimento Cheese image

I often double this recipe and serve in a bowl surrounded by gourmet creackers.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c mayonnaise, light
2 oz jar pimento peppers
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
dash(es) garlic powder
dash(es) salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
  • 2. Serve on crackers or spread on bread.
