Creamy Onion Pork Chops image

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 pork chops
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1 large onion, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups hot water
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Season pork chops to taste.2. Lightly brown pork chops in oil and place in crock-pot. Top pork chops with onion slices in the crock-pot.3. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and pour over chops.4. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours.5. After the pork chops have cooked, stir sour cream into the cooking juices. Turn crock-pot to high for about 30 minutes or until liquid is slightly thickened.
