Creamy jalapeno dressing image

This dressing will wake up your taste buds. It's perfect for a Mexican themed party, and especially good on a Taco salad.Source unknown

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup chopped scallions
one jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and ground cumin

Steps:

  • 1. pulse mayonnaise, buttermilk, scallions, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and cumin in a food processor until scallions and jalapeno are minced and dressing is combined.
  • 2. This is a good dressing to serve on fish tacos. Makes about 1 cup at 53 calories per tablespoon.
