Time 50m

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb of cooked elbow macaroni noodles
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 to 1 1/2 c mayonnaise dressing
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp celery seed
2 large peeled and diced cucumbers
3 c chopped ham
1 Tbsp ground pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 c diced sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp dill weed

Steps:

  • 1. bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook macaroni pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse, set aside. And cool completely, ******(may place in fridge to cool faster)******
  • 2. While pasta is boiling, chop ham, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and cheese, set aside in a large bowl.
  • 3. Add ingredients to cooked pasta, stir well, add mayo, sugar, salt, pepper, dill weed, and celery seed, Stir well,(if pasta seems dry, add small amounts of mayo until you achieve the amount of moistness you desire)
  • 4. TIP ********( now I love celery seed, I added DOUBLE the amount that I posted in this recipe, if you find this pasta lacking in celery taste, I suggest you add one more Tbls (at a time), of celery seed) Stir well after each additional Tbls. so you may taste your pasta, before adding more. ****** Enjoy!!!!!!!
