A layer of creamy vanilla pudding and a layer of pudding with chocolate added make this two-layer torte an impressive (but easy) dessert for company.

Steps:
- Line 9-inch cake pan with plastic wrap; stand 16 wafers around side of pan. Set aside. Melt 4 oz. chocolate as directed on package.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add pudding mixes; beat 2 min. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spread half onto bottom of pan. Stir melted chocolate into remaining pudding mixture; spread over pudding layer in pan. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from remaining chocolate; refrigerate.
- Invert torte onto serving plate; remove pan and plastic wrap. Top torte with remaining COOL WHIP, berries and chocolate curls.
