- Beat cream cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended. Add cheddar cheese and red pepper; mix well. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Serve as a spread with crackers.
