CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

8 oz. cream cheese softened (4oz)
2- cans of creamed corn (1)
1 1/2 C frozen corn thawed (3/4C)
1 C cornmeal ( 1/2C)
1 sm onion chopped (1/2)
1 1/3 C milk (2/3C)
6 TBS butter melted (3TBS)
2 beaten eggs (1)
2 TBS sugar (1 TBS)
1 C shredded cheese (1/2C)
1 tsp Chimayo Chile powder (1/2 tsp)
salt,pepper

Steps:

  • Beat together,cream cheese,creamed corn,thawed whole kernel corn,cornmeal and onion. Srir in milk,melted butter,egg,sugar,cheese,chile powder,salt,pepper. Butter the correct size casserole dish based on the instructions in the introduction and bake according to directions.
