Cream Cheese Tortilla Rolls image

Pretty much a staple at office potlucks or Superbowl parties, but my kids love these as a snack too.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 ounce(s) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
4 1/2 ounce(s) marinated artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
4 ounce(s) diced pimentos, drained
2 - flour tortillas, 8 or 10 inch size (try a flavored one like sun dried tomato)
6 ounce(s) deli ham sandwich meat, thinly sliced
4 ounce(s) provolone cheese, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, artichokes and pimentos; mix well. Spread mixture on one side of tortilla.
  • Layer each tortilla with ham and cheese. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve.
