Cream Cheese Salmon image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 ounces Cream Cheese
3/4 crumbled cup Feta
2 pieces Scallions thinly sliced
1/2 cup Spinach chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 F.
  • Combine cream cheese and feta until well blended then add scallions and spinach.
  • Spread cream cheese filling over 1 filet 3/4" thick. Top with other filet and brush both sides with olive oil.
