Steps:
- Preheat over to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins (if using paper baking cups, spray these with Pam) Drain cranberries (they come with the mix) Do NOT rinse. Set aside. Whisk together butter, egg yolks and half and half. Stir in dry muffin mix just until moistened. Gently fold in walnuts. Gently fold in cranberries. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown. Do not overbake. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
