Cranberry Pork Chops image

Cranberry Pork Chops are easy to make, fun to plate and are absolutely yummy to eat! This festive slow cooker entree gets rave reviews every time I serve it.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 pork chops, double-thick
1 14 oz can(s) cranberry sauce
3 apples, sliced
2 onions, sliced
8-10 oz applesauce
** you may use 2 cups homemade cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Place sliced onions on the bottom of slow cooker.
  • 2. Place pork chops in top of onions and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Pour applesauce on top of pork chops and cover with any extra onion slices.
  • 4. Place sliced apples all over the applesauce. *You may sprinkle with raisins or dried cranberries, if desired.
  • 5. Cover and cook on HIGH for at least 3 hours OR 6 hours on LOW until meat is well done.
