CRANBERRY MOLD image

This has been in my family for many years. Everyone loves it.. So yummy! IT IS MADE THE DAY BEFORE.... You can refrigerate this overnight in a pretty dish or transfer it when ready to serve.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) whole cranberry sauce
1-small package(s) raspberry gelatin
1 cup(s) hot water or "heat the reserved liquid"
1-small can(s) pineapple chunks, (drain & reserve liquid)
1 can(s) mandarin oranges, (drain & reserve liquid)
1-small package(s) chopped pecans
1/2 cup(s) coconut flakes

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water OR use reserved liquid & add cranberry sauce.
  • Refrigerate just until it thickens & fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • **** If reserved liquid "does not" equal 1 cup add enough water to make 1 cup.
