Cran-Apple Crisp image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 apples (medium) tart, sliced (about 3 cups)
1 1/2 cups cranberries, fresh
1/4 cup orange juice, unsweetened
1 tablespoon orange zest, grated
1/3 cup unbleached flour, white
1/3 cup oats, quick, uncooked
1/4 cup Brown SugarTwin
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
2 tablespoons corn oil or safflower oil

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.2. In medium bowl, combine apples, cranberries, orange juice, and zest. Place in shallow 1½-quart baking dish.3. In medium bowl, combine flour, oats, Brown SugarTwin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oil until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
