Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. 3. In a larger bowl, cream together butter, sugars and vanilla. 4. Beat in egg for about 2 minutes to creamy sugar mixture.(Mixture needs to light and fluffy). 5.Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamy butter mixture. 6. Stir in morsels. 7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. 8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
