CRACKER BRITTLE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
Saltine crackers

Steps:

  • Grease 9x13 pan. Line with Saltines. Boil butter and brown sugar. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour over Saltines and bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chocolate chips on top. Put in oven for 1 minute and spread melted chips. Put pan in freezer until frozen, about 4 or more hours. Break apart.
