Cracker Barrel Copycat Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole - Southern Plate image

Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole is similar to that hash brown casserole you get at that famous home style chain restaraunt. Cheesy and Delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lbs frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 10 oz can Cream Of Chicken Soup (or one recipe homemade cream soup)
1/2 up chopped onion
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, onion, melted butter, and seasonings, stir well. Add in cheese and frozen hash browns.
  • Spread into a lightly greased 9x13 dish and bake at 350 for thirty minutes, or until bubbly.
