These crunchy zucchini fries are easier to make than you might think, thanks to the crushed seasoned wheat crackers.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450ºF.
- Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Whisk egg and water in pie plate until blended. Place cracker crumbs in separate pie plate.
- Dip zucchini wedges, 1 at a time, in egg, then in crumbs, turning to evenly coat each wedge with each ingredient.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 14 min. or until zucchini fries are tender, turning after 7 min. Remove from oven.
- Heat broiler. Broil fries, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until golden brown. Serve with aioli.
