CRAB RICE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 - C uncooked rice
2 - C crab (or 1C crab and 1C shrimp)
1 - can mushroom soup
1 - can mushrooms
2 - cans milk (measured from the soup can)
1 - small onion chopped
1/2 C chopped celery

Steps:

  • This is an easy and good recipe! This recipe came from Jeanne Finney. A Favorite! It can also be made with cooked chicken or turkey instead of crab. I usually use crab with no shrimp. 1. Saute onions and celery in a small amount butter or margarine 2. Combine all ingredients in a 9x12 backing dish. Top with buttered crumbs or grated cheese. Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes Casserole should be bubbley with rice tender and moisture absorbed.
