Cowboy Pasta Salad image

Unique macaroni salad

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 lb mini pasta shells
5 scallions chopped
1 c frozen corn thawed
15 oz can black beans drained
2 c cherry tomatoes halved
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c miracle whip
1/4 c sweet baby rays golden mustard bbq sauce
1/4 c milk
2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al'dente. Rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add the scallions, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
  • 2. In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, milk, BBq sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, brown mustard, cumin and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • 3. Pour over the macaroni mixture. Serve cold
