COUNTRY STYLE POTATO SALAD image

POTATO SALAD IS GREAT FOR ANY TIME OF THE YEAR. HERE IS A GREAT RECIPE FROM MY FAMILY TO YOURS. IT IS GREAT FOR PICKY EATERS AS WELL.

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 large potatoes boiled with a dash of olive oil amd salt
8 large hard boiled eggs
5 Tbsp mayo or miracle whipp add more for creamier or less for chunky
1 tsp mustard
1 c dill pickles cut into medium size pieces
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
I PREFER IT TO BE CREAMY AND CHUNKY ( LARGER PIECES)

Steps:

  • 1. PEEL POTATOES AND EGGS. DICE UP EGGS AND PICKLES.
  • 2. IN A LARGE BOWL ADD POTATOES MASH THEM BUT LEAVE SOME MEDIUM SIZED PEICES. ADD EGGS AND PICKLES.
  • 3. ADD MIRACLE WHIPP, MUSTARD SALT AND PEPPER IN THE SAME BOWL. MIX WELL.
  • 4. REFRIDGERATE UNTIL COLD APPROXIMATELY 1 HR DEPENDING ON FRIDGE.
