Country Pork Stew image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 1/2 pounds pork loin, cut into 1" cubes
3 potatoes with skins, scrubbed and cubed
4 carrots, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 (28-ounce) can whole tomato, cut up
2 cups water
1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch and 2 T water, in crockpot. Stir to blend. Cover and cook on Low for 7 - 9 hours or on HIGH for 4 - 5 hours. Increase heat to high, combine cornstarch and water. Stir slowly into stew mixture and cook until thickened.
