this is a more economical version of the danish wedding cookie in the pink box we all love

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup(s) vegetable shortening
1/4 cup(s) water
1 box(es) classic white cakemix
1 teaspoon(s) butter rum extract
3/4 cup(s) chopped p-nuts
1/2 cup(s) chopped chocolate
1 - egg
1 cup(s) powdered sugar

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 375 place powdered sugar aside in plate
  • mix water, shorting, butter rum and egg with mixer till blended ( this will look lumpy and wet )
  • add box of cake mix and mix altogether till smooth , stir in nuts and chips
  • drop by spoonfuls or scoop on to baking sheet cook at 375 for 12 minuets , remove press tops into powdered sugar while hot flip over and let cool
