Corvina Ceviche w/ Red Thai Chili's image

Inexpensive and easy to make, great appetizer

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb corvina filet
6 to 8 limes, juiced
8 red thai chili's, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
bunch cilantro, chopped
salt/pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Cut fish into small cubes, place in a deep glass dish (must be glass, due to the acidity)
  • 2. add in all other ingredients, toss and let sit for 1 hour, then drain half the liquid. Enjoy with saltine crackers.
