Corned Beef Casserole image

Corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut are together again, this time in a Reuben-esque casserole made with chopped marble rye bread.

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 slices marble rye bread, toasted, cut into small pieces
1 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup drained CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Reserve half the bread for later use; spread half the bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over bread in baking dish. Cover with reserved bread; spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
