Corn Souffle image

This is one of our youngest son's favorite corn recipes!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) corn, drained
1 can(s) corn, cream-style
1 stick butter, softened
1 c sour cream
1 box corn bread mix (Jiffy)
1 egg

Steps:

  • 1. Mix butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in the 2 cans of corn. Blend in the corn bread mix. Pour into a well-greased 9x12 inch casserole dish.
  • 2. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour until puffed-up and golden brown. Serves 6-8.
