Cookie Dough Cocoa image

Cookie dough ice cream is transformed into soothing hot cocoa bliss. Top with whipped cream, chocolate chips and Cookie Crisp cereal.

4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pint cookie dough ice cream
5 cups water
Whipped cream
Mini chocolate chips
1 cup Cookie Crisp® cereal

Steps:

  • In 3-quart saucepan or large pot, whisk together butter, brown sugar, and ice cream over medium-high heat until melted. Add the water; cook and stir mixture until steaming.
  • Serve in mugs, topped with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and cookie crisp cereal.
