Cooked Salad Dressing image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry or prepared mustard
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon margarine or butter

Steps:

  • 1. In small saucepan, combine flour, sugar, salt and mustard mix well. Stir in milk and egg mix until smooth. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.2. Add vinegar and margarine stir until well blended. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.
