Connie's Spinach Casserole image

6 package s frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 large eggs
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
1 lb Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut in cubes

Steps:

  • Squeeze all water out of spinach; add eggs and cottage cheese, mix well. Mix in butter and flour. Add cheese chunks.
  • Line an 8 quart crock-pot with a large cooking (turkey roasting) bag. Add ingredients.
  • Cook on high for 1 hour; turn to low for 3 hours.
