I call this an "All-Round" sauce because you can use it on so many items. For example, a nice beef roast, or pork tenderloin, brush over chicken, or use as a sauce for chicken wings. - 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. You will need a medium-size saucepan to make this recipe.

- 4. No coconut sugar - Sub brown sugar. No apple-cider vinegar - Sub white or rice vinegar. No dehydrated onions - Sub 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder (not onion salt). No tamari sauce or liquid aminos - Sub soy sauce, low sodium, if you have it.
- 5. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- 6. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat.
- 7. Slowly bring up to a simmer, then simmer for one minute, and take off the heat.
- 8. When cool, store in a non-reactive container (glass jar), and place in the fridge until needed.
- 9. PLATE/PRESENT
- 10. Use as a condiment, and experiment on what you like it on best. Enjoy.
