6 eggs
2 Tablespoons of milk (can be skin, 1%, 2% or whole)
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup toasted cubed raisin toast
1/4 cup raisins
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnimon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Please eggs and milk in blender and blend until frothy. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pout into a greased 9X12 inch pan and bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is brown. Can put syrup on top is desired.
