Cold Jalapeno Cheese Dip image

this is a copycat recipe from a local meat locker in soldotna alaska. This dip gets better the longer it is chilled

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons jalapeno juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • mix all ingrediants and enjoy with tortilla chips.
