Steps:
- Bring 4 cups water to a boil
- Whisk in cocoa and salt
- Add the oats and reduce heat until the whole thing is at a simmer
- Cook 10-20 minutes (until the oats are as tender as you like them)
- Stir in the honey
- Serve topped with a spoonful of yogurt, handful of nuts, and an extra drizzle of honey
