Cocoa Oats with Yogurt, Honey, and Hazelnuts image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
1 handful toasted hazelnuts
1 scoop plain yogurt

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups water to a boil
  • Whisk in cocoa and salt
  • Add the oats and reduce heat until the whole thing is at a simmer
  • Cook 10-20 minutes (until the oats are as tender as you like them)
  • Stir in the honey
  • Serve topped with a spoonful of yogurt, handful of nuts, and an extra drizzle of honey
