8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sliced strawberry
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crusts
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add vanilla and strawberries, mix well.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Mix whipped cream and confectioner's sugar and spoon over top of pie.
  • Chill for one hour.
  • Serve.
