3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup GEVALIA Cold Brew House Blend Iced Coffee Concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup flour

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Place butter in large saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa powder; cook on low heat 3 min. or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. (Mixture will be thick.) Remove from heat. Whisk in eggs, coffee concentrate and vanilla until blended. Stir in nuts and flour.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
