Here is my version of the very popular Cocktail Sauce usually served with boiled shrimp. I think it's amazing and may have to make this in larger batches.

Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well to make sure there are no lumps from the dried mustard. Start with 1 Tbsp horseradish then taste and add more if needed.
- 2. Chill in refrigerator - will last several weeks.
- 3. Use this in place of bottled Cocktail Sauce and always serve this with fried or boiled shrimp, raw or fried oysters, fried fish, etc.
