2 Granny Smith apples, halved and seeds removed
5 stalks celery, leaves removed
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
3 romaine lettuce leaves
3 leaves kale
5 sprigs fresh parsley
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon water, or as needed

Steps:

  • Place apples, celery, cucumber, romaine lettuce leaves, kale, parsley, lemon juice, and water in a blender or juicer; process until desired consistency is reached, adding more water as needed.
