1 lb ground chuck
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Brown ground chuck, onion, peppers, and garlic.
  • Add beans, tomatoes, and chiles. Heat through.
  • Add tomato paste and spices. Add water to reach desired consistency.
  • Simmer until ready to eat.
