- In a skillet, heat coconut oil. Add salmon fillets and sprinkle with spicy chocolate cinnamon sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Pour orange and lemon juices and zest over salmon for the last few minutes of cooking.
