Citrus Pork Roast image

I have not tried this roast. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2005. A delicious hint of orange in the gravy makes this pork roast stand out from the crowd. Dried thyme, garlic and ginger further season each thick slice. Requiring just 15 minutes of prep work, the easy entree is an impressive main course to present to company and doesn't take up a lot of my time in the kitchen.
