Cinnamon Toast Granola image

I came up with this granola recipe by simply combining ingredients and flavors my family loves. Everybody loves the way the house smells when it's baking and they can hardly wait 'til it's cooled to get a handful. When I share with my neighbors they act like I'm giving them gold.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300°. In a large bowl, toss oats and walnuts with cinnamon. Whisk together oil and honey; toss with oat mixture. , Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. pan, spreading evenly. Bake until golden brown, 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack; cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
