Cinnamon Crisp Cookies image

Have had this recipe for a long time. Very quick and easy to make and they are delicious. the dough is a bit stiff so don't let that alarm you. You'll love them

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp molasses
2 1/4 c flour
1 1/8 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Combine butter and sugar, mix in egg, molasses and cinnamon. blend well Beat in flour and soda. dough will be stiff
  • 2. Drop by teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. remove from oven and leave on cookie sheet for 1 minute. transfer to cooling rack
