Number Of Ingredients 12

1 bottle(s) frank's red hot wing sauce ( 23 oz )
1 bottle(s) frank's hot sauce ( 23 oz ) or use two of frank's sauces if you can't find both...i like to mix them
1 stick(s) butter
1 medium mango
1/2 cup(s) habanero sauce
1/2 cup(s) minced onions
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
4 tablespoon(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon(s) fresh black pepper
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt

Steps:

  • Onions, garlics butter, brown sugar- minced well, put butter in a big sauce pot on med low heat. Add minced garlic and onions, brown sugar. Heat until onions are soft. Don't over cook, because butter well burn. Cook for about 10 mins.
  • Habanero sauce, mango- cut up 1/2 a mango and smash it or put in a blender add 1/2 c of habanero sauce heat together on med heat in a small sauce pot for 5 mins. Add all the seasonings , mix well.
  • Add habanero mango sause, and the two bottles of Franks sauce to butter mix and heat only until you see bubbles ( the start of boiling) turn heat of and let set for 15 mins on the burner. Use it to toss freshly fried chicken wings and store the rest. ( I would not store the left over wing sauce that I already use to toss the cooked wings in, just put 1/2 c at a time to mix wings in )
