Steps:
- Put chuck, crumbled crackers, oregano, 1 Tbsp. salt, 1/2 can tomato sauce, and 1/4 cup of parmesan all in mixing bowl. Mix with hand then roll into sm. to med. size meatballs.
- Put in rest of sauce in a large cooking pot. Add 1/4 cup of parmesan. Drop meatballs in. Cook on med. heat for 2-1/2 hr. with lid. Time may vary according to heat.
- Cook 1 pound of spaghetti of you choice, drain then on plate. Top with meatballs and sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese if desired.
