2 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 c. Tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. water
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. parsley
1 c. cilantro
2 T. cumin
1 jalepeno
white pepper and salt to taste

Steps:

  • Puree beans and garlic in blender; continue adding remaining ingredients to desired consistency.
