CHUTNEY CHEESEBALL image

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
4 teaspoons dry sherry
1-3 teaspoons curry powder
3/4 of a jar of Mango Chutney (such as Major Grey's)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except Mango Chutney. Form into a ball. Pour the Mango Chutney over the top. Serve with crackers.
